Formula Response Form Direction/Guidance

Due to difficulties some Tribes and Tribally Designated Housing Entities may be experiencing in submitting timely correction requests to FY 2021 Formula Response Form data caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, HUD is extending the deadline by an additional 30 days. Accordingly, all correction requests to the FY 2021 Formula Response Form data must be submitted by September 1, 2020. The September 1, 2020 deadline is important in ensuring that there is enough time to run the FY 2021 IHBG final allocations accurately and on time. We encourage Tribes and Tribally Designated Housing Entities that are able to submit their correction requests before September 1, 2020, to do so. Because of the timing needed to run the IHBG final allocations, we will not be able to offer any additional extensions beyond September 1, 2020. Should you have any additional comments or questions, please contact the IHBG Formula Customer Service Center at 800-410-8808 or IHBGformula@firstpic.org.
